Getting Screen Shots of your Desktop

You do not have to install a screen capturing software to get a picture of your desktop, instead hit the Print Screen key on your keyboard. This copies a bitmap of the full screen into the clipboard. Start up a graphics editor or Microsoft Paint and paste it in. Alt + Print Screen will capture only the active window.
